How to install your eSIM on iPhone and Android before travelling.
Before you start
Make sure your phone is unlocked, supports eSIM and is connected to Wi‑Fi. Keep the QR code email available.
iPhone
- Open Settings and tap Cellular or Mobile Service.
- Tap Add eSIM and choose Use QR Code.
- Scan the QR code from your email and follow the prompts.
- Keep the eSIM label clear so you can select it for data later.
Android
- Open Settings and find SIM manager or Network & Internet.
- Choose Add eSIM or Download a SIM.
- Scan the QR code and follow the phone prompts.
When you arrive
Select the travel eSIM for mobile data and turn on Data Roaming if the plan instructions require it.
