Many newer iPhone models support eSIM. Open Settings → Cellular and look for Add eSIM. Availability can vary by model and sales region.
Android
Open Settings → Connections or Network & Internet and look for SIM manager, Add eSIM or Download a SIM. Menu names differ by manufacturer.
